InTow Manager - Fuel Surcharge (excerpt)

OnScene Solutions has added a Fuel Surcharge feature to InTow Manager that will auto calculate the fuel surcharge on a per customer basis. My quesiton is this
- is your fuel surcharge a taxable item? A simple YES or NO and your State would be perfect...
