Towing
Colley's Towing of Barrie,
ON is a 9 truck fleet servicing the needs of 3 police
departments and most of Canada's motor clubs. Mark Parry,
the owner of Colley's retired after many years as the
owner of some of Toronto's top car dealerships including
Ford and Suzuki. Two years ago, Mark decided to purchase
Colley's and has been making great strides in moving the
company forward.
Problem
Mark wanted to
increase call volume but reduce the administrative
processes involved in maintaining his company. He
recognized the fact that the administration of multiple
accounts consumed much of his day. Finding a system to
manage both Police towing dispatch and impound records, plus motor
club contract management was a daunting task.
Solution
Colley's decided on
the InTow Professional Edition with integrated mapping
(InTow Mapping). After a few days of using the system,
Mark recognized the value of InTow Manager. One person
can now maintain his entire operation and still have time
for sleep. After only a few hours with Mark, the system
was up and running and all customer accounts with
contracted prices had been entered. The entry of call
records now allows Mark more time to manage his people
and his business instead of his filing cabinet.
