OnScene Solutions Launches InTow Auctions

OnScene Solutions of Ohio, providers of the InTow Software suite of towing software
has launched the latest
module to its industry leading tow software program – the InTow
Auction module. Users of InTow Manager towing software now have
the ability to manage their own auctions. From the
vehicle inventory list, users can select vehicles to be
moved to the auction module. Each vehicle can be issued
an auction number and assigned to a specific auction
date.
Once the vehicles have
been moved to the InTow Auctions, the vehicles appear in
the list under the specific auction date. An auction list
report can now be generated for newspaper advertising as
well.
As Buyers come to the
auction, they can be registered in the system. You can
setup new buyers or have regular buyers with permanent
bidder numbers.
Once a bid is won, the
details of the purchase are entered into the InTow
Auction software. Preconfigured auction fee's can
automatically be calculated based on your auctioneers
fee's.
As buyers leave the
auction, the payment details are entered and a
"bill of sale" can be
produced.
