InTow Manager includes over 100 new features, building on the core of our industry standard software system. The changes and improvements to the functionality of the software help to keep InTow Manager at the forefront of the towing software industry, ensuring that your towing company is as profitable, informed and streamlined as possible.

At OnScene Solutions we listen to our customers, and as a result, a large number of the the new features of InTow Manager have been included at the request of our many existing customers. A large number other features and additions have also been incorporated into the software to keep up with changes in the industry, allowing towing organizations to better manage and maintain their operations.

New Features !

InTow Manager includes many new features and components to improve on our industry leading software package and provide you with increased control over your towing operation. Streamlining your towing organization and making it more profitable is easy with InTow Manager.

InTow Manager provides you with new features to improve your bottom line, including:

  • Enter and print service quotes for customers and convert them into calls to be dispatched to your drivers
  • Manage your driver's on duty, on call and off duty schedules with an easy-to-use WYSIWYG interface
  • Monitor all of your active service calls in a single Microsoft® MapPoint™ map with InTow Mapping
  • Roaming profiles ensure the exact same program look and feel on every computer you log on to
  • Send call directions or general information pages to any number of your drivers using InTow Messenger

    User Security

    Improvements to the existing user security allows for a much easier task in creating new users accounts for accessing the software, and tightening the security on which tasks each user is allowed to perform.

    InTow Manager improves on the already comprehensive security of previous versions with additional features including:

  • Define permissions for Groups of users and then easily assign specific users to each group
  • Restrict users from being able to change call numbers, call priorities or back date calls
  • Additional restrictions on which facets of the software are available, including InTow Connect

    Searching for Calls

    Users of InTow Manager rely heavily on the ability to quickly locate previously performed service calls based on any piece of criteria associated to each call. With that in mind, InTow Manager provides features for improving on the already robust search engine of the software.

    A few examples of the improvements made to the search engine of InTow Manager include:

  • Additional fields to search on such as person requesting call, balance owing, and auction date
  • Ability to search for values "between" specific ranges, such as dates or numeric values

    Customer Details

    Many advancements have been made in improving on the comprehensive tracking of customer data, providing you with even more valuable information for each of your customers.

    Customer details in InTow Manager have been updated to provide you with information such as:

  • Select default services to automatically select on every call performed for a customer
  • Assign a customer type to each customer for easy grouping of specific types of customers
  • Set a credit limit and maximum number of days for an outstanding balance for each customer
  • Set discount rates and limited commission amounts on a per service basis for each customer
  • Enter up to 15 different contact phone numbers for each customer

    Call Details

    InTow Manager provides users with many new features for entering and tracking the details of every service call you perform. Many of these changes are at the request of the large customer base of existing InTow Manager users.

    Tracking all of your call data has never been this easy or complete, with features such as:

  • Enter the name and phone number of the person requesting the call for quick reference and call back
  • Lock down call-specific data such as reason, zone or tow type to ensure accurate data entry
  • Easily print the details of each call with the click of the mouse while viewing the details of a call
  • Add an unlimited number of lien holders, insurance companies and collection agencies for each impound
  • Enter lien fee charges for each impounded vehicle directly from the Storage details of a call
