By combining today's advanced cell phone technology with the power and versitility of the InTow Messenger add-on component for InTow Manager, your office can effictively reduce or eliminate your use of two way radios and other communications equipment to dispatch call information to your drivers. InTow Messenger uses state of the art Microsoft® technology to bring you and your drivers even closer together by having InTow Manager automatically send call information directly to your driver's cell phones, pagers or other text messaging supported devices, without any additional interaction on your part.

When integrating InTow Messenger with InTow Manager you can take advantage of powerful messaging features such as:

  • fully customizable configuration of which call details to send to your drivers
  • select from any of four different device formats for each driver
  • call pages are automatically sent when drivers are dispatched for a call
  • cancellation message sent to driver when call is cancelled or they are removed from the call

    One-Way Messaging
    InTow Messenger one-way paging functionality allows you to efficiently send a message to your drivers each time they are dispatched to a service call. InTow Messenger supports any of four different text messaging delivery methods, allowing to you configure your software to send messages to virtually any type of text messaging device. Quickly customize the contents of the message sent to the driver from within InTow Manager to ensure that your drivers get the information they need to efficiently locate and complete the call.

    Two-Way Messaging
    Upgrade to InTow Messenger 2-Way Paging to take full advantage of even richer functionality, allowing your drivers to send back their current status on the calls that they've been dispatched to, with each of their status updates being refelected immediately and automatically in the dispatching list within InTow Manager. Let your drivers do the work for you and relieve you of the extra burden of monitoring their call status.

    InTow Messenger two-way paging gives you all of the rich features provided in one-way paging, and further reduces the amount of time spent communicating information between your office and your drivers, allowing you to concentrate more time on your critical office tasks and allowing your drivers to perform a larger number of service calls.
